How it works
Book online or by phone. Your appointment is completely confidential — no letters to employers or third parties.
Your pharmacist takes a brief health history, checks blood pressure and asks about any medications or conditions.
If clinically suitable, your prescription is issued and medication is available to collect from the pharmacy immediately.
Repeat prescriptions are available after review. No need to return to your GP for repeat supply.

Common questions
Is this completely confidential?
Yes. We do not send letters to your employer, insurance company or anyone else. Your GP may be notified in limited clinical circumstances, which your pharmacist will always discuss with you first.
Can I get a same-day prescription?
In most cases, yes. If you are clinically suitable, medication is prescribed and dispensed at the same appointment.
Are there any conditions that prevent me from using ED medication?
Men taking nitrate-based heart medications (such as GTN spray) cannot safely take Sildenafil or Tadalafil. Your pharmacist will screen for this at your consultation.
Do I need to see my GP first?
No. Our pharmacists can assess and prescribe independently under Patient Group Directions. A GP visit is not required.
