How it works
Select your branch and book online or by phone. Aim for at least 6–8 weeks before travel for vaccines to take full effect.
Bring your travel itinerary, passport, existing vaccination booklet and a list of any medications you take.
Your pharmacist reviews your health history and destinations, then creates a personalised vaccination and prevention schedule.
Vaccines are administered on the day where possible. Malaria tablets and other medications are prescribed and dispensed.

Common questions
How far in advance should I book?
Book at least 6–8 weeks before travel. Some vaccines require multiple doses spaced weeks apart. Last-minute appointments are available but may limit your options.
What should I bring?
Your travel itinerary, passport, existing vaccination record (yellow booklet if you have one) and a list of current medications.
Can children be seen for travel health?
Yes — we see children from age 2 upwards. A parent or guardian must be present at the appointment.
Do I need a full consultation just to get a vaccination?
No — if you know which vaccine you need, you can book a single vaccination appointment without a full travel health consultation. Not sure what you need? Book a consultation and we'll advise.
Is yellow fever available at every branch?
Yellow fever vaccination requires a specially registered clinic. Please contact your preferred branch to confirm availability.
