How it works
Book online or walk in. Tell your pharmacist what you'd like to test for — they can recommend the right panel.
Most samples are collected in-pharmacy (blood, swab or urine). Self-sample kits are also available to take away.
Results are delivered securely by message or reviewed with your pharmacist in person, depending on the test.
If your results require treatment, your pharmacist can prescribe directly in most cases — no GP visit needed.

Common questions
Are results confidential?
Yes — results are sent to you securely and are not shared with your employer or GP without your consent, except in specific public health circumstances which your pharmacist will explain.
How quickly will I get my results?
Most STI results are returned within 24–72 hours. Blood test turnaround varies by panel — your pharmacist will advise at the time of testing.
What happens if I test positive?
Your pharmacist will contact you to discuss the result. Treatment is available directly at the pharmacy for most conditions — you won't need a GP appointment in most cases.
Can I just walk in, or do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome. Booking in advance means less waiting time, especially for blood tests.
