Common questions
Can I use this if I haven’t been diagnosed?
No. If you think you may have a vitamin B12 deficiency, speak to your GP, who can arrange a blood test.
Is it free on the NHS?
If your GP has diagnosed a deficiency, treatment is usually available from your GP practice on the NHS. This is a private service for people who prefer the convenience of a pharmacy.
How much does it cost?
Your pharmacist confirms the cost before treatment. There’s nothing to pay online.
